This notice describes the Knights OTF / Off the Field Learning Center website and its signup links. Donna High is the person responsible for OTF. For privacy questions, contact Donna at [email protected].
For kids and parents
Tutoring is free. Parents and guardians should complete session signups and forms for their children. Share only what is needed for tutoring. Do not send passwords, student ID numbers, medical records, or photos containing other students’ information. For accommodation questions, contact the team before sharing sensitive details.
What this website collects
You do not need an account to read the schedule or announcements. This website links to a separate Google Form for Coach on Call; it does not store submitted questions in its website database. Coach on Call does not accept photo uploads.
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. It processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures visits and page performance. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics as cookie-free and without individual fingerprinting. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Web Analytics information. We have not added advertising trackers or social-media embeds to this website. Hosting security services may use necessary cookies.
Signups, forms, and email
Coach on Call: a parent or guardian submits their full name and reply email, the student’s first name, grade, subject, question, optional deadline, and parent/guardian confirmation. Responses are stored in the OTF-owned Google Form. Access is currently limited to the OTF account managed by Donna High; responses are not displayed to other families. OTF receives Google’s new-response email alerts and replies manually using the parent’s supplied address. Replies are not instant and a response before a deadline is not guaranteed.
The Coach on Call form accepts an email you type without requiring Google sign-in. Response summaries and draft autosave are disabled. The parent/guardian confirmation is not identity verification. To ask about access, retention, corrections, or deletion of a Coach on Call response, contact Donna at [email protected].
SignUpGenius and Google Forms are separate services. The session form asks for student and parent contact details, grade, sport, session needs, and pickup arrangements; it also offers space for accommodation requests. OTF uses session information to organize tutoring and match students with tutors. Relevant session information is shared with assigned tutors so they can prepare, as described by the OTF team.
If you email OTF, the team receives your email address and whatever you include. Before submitting sensitive information, ask the team who can access it and how long it will be kept. For questions about existing records, corrections, or deletion requests, email [email protected]. Do not include sensitive records in your initial request.
External services have their own data practices: Google privacy policy and SignUpGenius privacy policy. Facebook links take you to Facebook; its posts are not embedded here. This website notice does not replace those services’ policies or a parent’s permission for a child to participate.

If a page, signup link, or form is hard to use, email [email protected] and tell us which part is causing trouble. You can ask the team for another way to get session information or sign up. We welcome reports of accessibility problems.
Session information
Check SignUpGenius for available dates and changes before attending. A website visit does not reserve a place. Tutoring support does not guarantee a particular grade or result. For pickup, transportation, or accommodation arrangements, confirm directly with OTF.
